John has been a successful business owner and CEO of companies as large as $375M. John spent the last few years operating a large 300-employee appliance business where he hired investment bankers and successfully sold the company. Prior to that he was CEO of Point S, which is a chain of over 200 retail tire stores headquartered in Portland, OR. Also, he spent 8 years as President and CEO of the nation’s leading office products marketing organization, independent stationers, where sales grew from $120M to over $375M under his leadership. He has managed many successful mergers and acquisitions in his career and loves to help business owners thrive. Also, he served as President of the Association of Corporate Growth for the Portland chapter and has served on several board of directors. John enjoys traveling with his wife Susan, flying his airplane, reading great spy novels and loving up Grandkids! He now resides in Eagle, Idaho .
